TAke a class with arianna
Arianna’s passion for Pilates started while receiving her BFA in Ballet Performance from University of the Arts in Philadelphia. Directly after graduating, she moved to New York City and received her Comprehensive Certification under the mentorship of Michael Feigin. For over a decade, Arianna has taught small and large group classes, private sessions, and has worked independently in New York and throughout the US.
Arianna is excited to be back in Warwick teaching to the community she grew up in at the beautiful RE:FORM LAB studio. Arianna has extensive experience and additional education with pre/postnatal, assisting in injury rehabilitation, and client goal achievement. She also takes to the road, providing one on one extensive training to celebrity clientele. Arianna’s clients enjoy her positivity, attention to detail, creativity, and her ability to teach individual needs. Her love and continued education of anatomy + biomechanics, and lifelong background in dance shines through in her teaching.
Arianna’s favorite aspect of being a Pilates instructor is seeing her clients grow in strength, confidence, and finding those muscle “shakes” during one of her signature group Reformer classes. When Arianna isn’t teaching you can find her performing and choreographing for Warwick Center for the Performing Arts, or on adventures around the world, sometimes with her dogs Milo + Gus.

TAke a class with greer
The barre has been Greer’s home since she was three years old. As a professional dancer, she has performed, choreographed, and taught in NYC and around the globe. Her fitness journey began later in her career, after four knee surgeries stemming from a career-halting injury she sustained while touring with HAMILTON as Dance Supervisor.
Her recovery forced her to reevaluate her relationship with her body and mind, slowing down enough to appreciate and celebrate the minutiae of progress and the mind-body connection that comes with it. Barre, strength training, and Pilates helped Greer fall in love with movement modalities meant to heal—allowing her to dance and live with less pain, more energy, and, of course, killer curated playlists.
In Greer’s classes, you’ll feel like a sweaty rockstar as you meet your body where it’s at and find that sweet spot between feeling strong and feeling challenged. Hop on the reformer with her and you’ll discover balance while empowering your mind and body to go from “I can’t” to “I just did.” At the barre and on the mat, expect to pulse and party at the same time—because when you show up for yourself, Greer loves showing up on the mic for you.

TAke a class with ABBY
Abby received her comprehensive Pilates certification in 2018 from Balanced Pilates in New York City, and began her teaching journey working with group classes and private sessions throughout Manhattan and the Bronx.
As a musician and actress, Abby loved how the purposeful strength, breath, and mobility of the practice worked in tandem to support the voice and agility of the body. Abby came into Pilates with no prior experience, so working with fellow adults who are also new to this practice (or any fitness journey) is her favorite. She also adores the biomechanics of human anatomy, and has a special love of teaching anyone living with joint replacements, spinal fusions, or any kind of special mobility challenge.
When Abby isn't teaching, you may find her on stage performing at the Metropolitan Opera, or around Manhattan in musical theater venues.

TAke a class with claudia
Claudia has incorporated Pilates principles into her work as an orthopedic physical therapist for over 7 years. Her own journey with lipedema led her to Pilates, which helped her build a more positive relationship with her body, deepening her belief in the beauty of Pilates and the power of intentional movement.
Claudia brings her physical therapy expertise to every class through intentional programming, thoughtful cueing, and hands-on corrections. She believes movement is medicine and that our bodies are strong and capable. Her goal is to help clients feel empowered and accomplished, while making movement challenging, rewarding and fun! And when the “Pilates shakes” start, you’ll probably hear her say, “You can do hard things!”
Outside of the studio, Claudia is treating patients in the PT clinic, teaching PT students in the classroom, and planning her next beach vacation or concert. A proud dog mom and Hudson Valley native, she is excited to share her passion for movement and wellness with the Re:Form Lab community.
