Jen began her instructor journey in 2013 when she fell in love with yoga. She took on a yoga teaching job in 2019 at a local gym which sparked a love of fitness. Jen went on to complete many certifications, including spin, kickboxing & strength. In 2023, she went on to get certified in Pilates. She believes it’s important to move your body everyday in different ways. She loves to motivate people and help them find their inner power. Besides teaching and taking care of her 3 boys, Jen loves endurance sports. She has competed in two triathlons and looks forward to many more. Her motto is work hard and have fun.
